Katz to Speak on New FHA Mortgage Requirements

Hill Wallack LLP attorney Jonathan H. Katz, Esq. will discuss the new FHA Condominium Approval Guidelines, Reserve Studies and Capital Projects during CAI-NJ’s 2011 Conference & Expo seminar entitled “Calling an Audible: Update Reserves & New FHA Requirements.” Mr. Katz will speak on the newly-implemented guidelines, which were intended to clarify FHA’s previous policies and procedures for condominium project approval but instead have created further confusion and elicited serious concerns.
