Perl to Speak on Federal Mortgage & FHA Rules

Hill Wallack LLP Partner Ronald L. Perl, Esq. will discuss recent changes to the mortgage process by the Federal government, FHA and FHFA at the CAI-Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter seminar, “Mortgage Mess: Federal Housing Rules for Condos Explained.” Mr. Perl, who is partner-in-charge of Hill Wallack LLP’s Community Associations Group,  will speak about the new FHA Condominium Approval Guidelines, FHFA Deed-Based Transfer Fees, and the Qualified Residential Mortgage Rule, among other issues.
